Work provides an ex-prisoner with a sense of worth and purpose. Both part-time and fulltime work is required.

BECOME A MENTOR
Ex-prisoners wanting to change need support to achieve that change
Join a small group that meets with an ex-prisoner to support, coach and mentor.
Volunteers are trained although not to the extent that they are seen as ‘experts’ or counsellors.
